Jennifer Carroll Foy is a graduate of VMI and Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
Jennifer Carroll Foy was elected to the VA House of Delegates in the 2017 Blue Wave, immediately leading on ratification of the ERA, healthcare, criminal justice reform, the environment and veteran protections.
Delegate Carroll Foy will update us on the strides made in the 2020 General Assembly and discuss priorities leading up to November 2020.
