If Democrats have any shot of taking back the House of Representatives from Republicans this fall, they’ll need to win races like Virginia’s 10th Congressional District.
That’s where Republican incumbent Barbara Comstock is fighting to a hang on in a district where Donald Trump is so unpopular that she has had to keep distancing herself from the president.
The seat has been held by Republicans for nearly four decades, but like the rest of Northern Virginia, the 10th District has been trending more Democratic each election cycle.
